Winter Thoughts

Winter

A frigid chill runs down my spine,
Icicles hang from the dead vines,
Frosty lips, ice cold hands,
Rock hard ice where rivers once ran.

Warm breath against the icy air,
Rosy cheeks on complexions fair,
Romance!
Lovers embrace closely,
As they dance
Through life so brilliantly.

But please
Make no misconception.
The way one sees
winter is up to their own perception.
