Teen Review: “Unbroken” by Paula Morris

After her haunting experience in New Orleans the previous year, Rebecca should be done with her ghost adventures. However, when she returns to New Orleans with her father and her best friend, Ling, for Spring Break, Rebecca finds herself caught up in another ghost’s mission. Frank was killed while delivering a locket to an important family. For all these years, he has been stuck, waiting for the locket to be delivered. Should Rebecca help him, even though it’s not her wrong to right? She already has to deal with some enemies she made her last visit and doesn’t need the pressure of helping another ghost without letting her Dad and Ling find out. I liked this second book in the Ruined series. The story and setting were great, and even a famous artist is involved.
